To All Pugh Furniture Customers:

We are proud of our 102 years of service to our community and the safety of our community and our employees is our top priority.

These are some of the steps we are taking:

We have undertaken rigorous additional cleaning in our showroom, warehouse and office. We have increased the sanitation/cleaning materials that are available throughout the showroom for our customers and our staff. We ask that you join us in social distancing, meant to protect us all.

For customers with upcoming deliveries, we have employed deep cleaning techniques to our warehouse, trucks, tools and other necessary items utilized by our delivery team.

At this time, we have put into place some temporary policies to further protect our employees and you and your families.

Effective immediately, rooms have to be ready to receive the furniture being delivered. The delivery team can not move the furniture in your home to other rooms, garage, etc. and they will not remove furniture from your home.

There will be no set-ups.

We have also temporarily suspended all in-home service calls and repairs. We will re-schedule an appointment at a later date when it is safer to do so.
